All expressions of complaints and objections are submitted in writing to CERTIFYBIO LTD By letter, fax or e-mail or by filling in the relevant field on this website. The complaints are forwarded to the PSC and the relevant procedure applied by the body is followed. When the complaints need to be investigated The interested party is informed by the body about their final outcome.
